Marc Saltz, Barry Saltz and James Mandel, the management  team of Saltz Associates LLC, enjoy a combined fifty eight year real estate and finance background. Marc Saltz, managing partner, participated, as a principal, in one of Philadelphia 's largest real estate expansions. 

Saltz Associates LLC provides brokerage opportunities within the manufactured housing community and RV resort industries. We are licensed in several states and maintain offices in New Jersey and Florida. Our company representatives are dedicated and hold ourselves to the highest of professional standards. We have and continue to represent some of the largest park owners in the country. Teams of our personnel scour the entire east coast uncovering new product while maintaining long standing relationships with park owners.
